Forward (The commercial name of Aymstrong) strongly recommends that you consult your doctor and get medical approval before joining any event or program hosted or managed by us. By joining any of our events or programs, you acknowledge that: This is Forward’s official conditions applied in all events at Forward (The commercial name of Aymstrong Enterprises). By purchasing a ticket online or offline, and or by participating in any of the events we host under Forward or manage for our clients, you have agreed to the below conditions: Section 1.0 1.1 Communication Our main and only mode of communication is via E-mail. We use it to set appointments, send reminders, announce cancellations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with your most recent contact information and primary E-mail address, and to check regularly for notifications. 1.2 Timing Change Timing of an event, program, or an appointment is subject to change due to uncontrolled circumstances such as weather. However, our team is fully responsible to inform you about changes prior to the agreed timing, and reschedule accordingly. 1.3 No-Refund Policy Due to the complicated nature of event management, we have a no-refund policy unless we change event day or cancel the event. In that case, you have the right to request a full refund or request a voucher amounting to the outstanding balance. Note: The voucher is valid for a period of 1 year, pertains to any of Aymstrong’s programs and can be used by you, a family member, or a friend. 1.4 Harassment Under no circumstance should a participant raise their voice, or speak in an offensive manner that makes another person feel belittled. Any unwelcome act of verbal or nonverbal harassment shall be reported and dealt with immediately, and may result in the termination of your membership, ticket, or participation, and will lead to a loss of all benefits without reimbursement. 1.5 Media Coverage When posting pictures online or other media channels such as newspapers and magazines, we will request your permission in the case where the picture is a close-up image of you. However, if you are present in the picture from a distance, we will proceed with publishing without your consent. Note: If there is any picture containing a clear facial image of yourself which you would like to have removed from our website or social media channels, kindly request picture removal via email on info@letsgoforward.com and attach a screenshot of the image and mention the platform on which the picture was published on. 1.6 Confidentiality At Forward we have a strict confidentiality policy. The information you provide us will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent. All information will be used solely by our team in order to aid in serving you better. 1.7 Littering Forward is strictly against littering, kindly ensure that you keep our environment clean by not littering. You are responsible of disposing of your garbage in a manner that is safe for our environment. 1.8 Participant Termination Forward reserves the right at its sole discretion and at any time to cancel or suspend any participant with immediate effect without warrant to explain reason behind termination either verbal or written. 1.9 Tickets Ticket amount paid can not be refunded. Participant’s name on ticket can not be edited/changed. Ticket can not be transferred to another participant. Ticket can not be reassigned to a different event. For Running events: Ticket Race distance can not be changed. (E.g. 10K, 5K), and Ticket Tier/Category can not be changed. 1.10 Age Limit & Eligibility Each program has a different age limit, contact us on info@letsgoforward.com for more details. Applicants who are younger than 14 must be accompanied by a family member (sibling or parent) at all times. 1.11 Access to Facilities Members are only allowed access to specific areas of selected locations for our events. Note: For security measures. Access to locations will only be granted upon the presentation of a valid CIVIL ID.
